Mellen Center Phone Line
The Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis Treatment and Research at the Cleveland Clinic has set up a hotline for people with MS and providers who have questions concerning COVID-19.

The Mellen Center COVID-19 Hotline can be reached at (216) 445-9855 and is staffed 8am to 6pm Monday – Friday.

Calls outside of those hours will be returned the next business day. The Mellen Center has established a COVID-19 registry for people with MS for the purposes of collecting data concerning
1) approaches being used to avoid coronavirus infection,
2) identifying risk factors for COVID-19 outcomes,
3) the range of COVID-19 symptoms and outcomes, and
4) the effects of COVID-19 on MS.
People with MS calling the Mellen Center COVID-19 Hotline will be offered the opportunity to participate in the study. The Mellen Center also is collaborating with the COViMS North American registry organized by the National MS Society and Consortium of MS Centers to better understand COVID-19 outcomes in a larger population.
